Prenatal massage is done side-lying with cushioning rather than face-down, with gentle pressure focused on the lower back, hips and legs where pregnancy puts the most strain. Our therapists adjust position and pressure throughout, and swelling in the feet and ankles responds well to light lymphatic work. Please check with your doctor or midwife first, and let us know which trimester you're in when you book. We're on Lewers Street in the heart of Waikiki — Unit 206, a few minutes' walk from the Royal Hawaiian, Outrigger Waikiki, Sheraton Waikiki, Halekulani, and Waikiki Beach itself. Open daily, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

- Most guests come in the second and third trimester. Please clear it with your doctor or midwife first, and tell us how far along you are when you book.
- Will I be lying on my stomach?
- No. You'll be side-lying with pillows and cushioning supporting the bump, hips and knees.
- Can I request a female therapist?
- Yes — for any treatment. Just note it when you book or call us.
