Deep Tissue Massage in Honolulu
Open daily 9:00 AM – 9:30 PM
Deep tissue is the one to book when something specific hurts — a shoulder that won't loosen, a lower back tight from travel or desk work. The pace is slower and the pressure firmer than a relaxation massage, working through the muscle layer rather than gliding over it. Tell your therapist where the problem is and how hard you want it; they'll spend the session there instead of running a fixed routine. We're on Lewers Street in the heart of Waikiki — Unit 206, a few minutes' walk from the Royal Hawaiian, Outrigger Waikiki, Sheraton Waikiki, Halekulani, and Waikiki Beach itself. Open daily, 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM.

Good to know
- Will deep tissue hurt?
- It should feel like strong, workable pressure, not pain. Anything that makes you tense up is too much — tell your therapist and they'll back off.
- How long do I need for one problem area?
- Sixty minutes is enough to work one or two areas properly. Ninety if you want the full body plus focused work.
- Will I be sore afterwards?
- Sometimes for a day, like after exercise. Drink water and keep moving gently and it passes.
