Refund Policy

Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with proper notice may be rescheduled or refunded in full.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, and no-shows, may be charged up to the full service price or forfeit the deposit.

We will do our best to accommodate a late arrival, but your session may be shortened so the next guest is not delayed. The full service price still applies.

Because massage and spa services are performed in person and cannot be returned, completed services are non-refundable. If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please tell us before you leave and we will work with you to make it right.

Gift certificates and prepaid packages are non-refundable but are transferable to another guest.
